FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used in surgical treatment of thrombosis of permanent vascular access for haemodialysis. Thrombosed artery is punctured with small-diameter needle 23G. Preparation Actilyse is infused through the thrombosed segment; the whole mass of the thrombus is infiltrated by dissolving contents of 50 mg bottle in 50 ml of water for injections, using an initial dose of preparation 10-15 mg. In the process of infusion, the needle is reciprocated, followed by compression with a sensor of the puncture zone for 3-5 minutes. Patient is monitored in the general surgical ward, performing the patient heating with an Equator system blanket for 2 hours, setting temperature mode 44 °C. Control ultrasonic scanning is performed 2-4 hours later, and with complete recanalisation, restoration of blood flow, balloon angioplasty of stenosis zones under ultrasound navigation is performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify the procedure of restoring patency of access for haemodialysis in thrombosis, to preserve clinical effectiveness similar to the standard technique of catheter thrombolysis, without using X-ray imaging, without using radiopaque preparations, special consumables and X-ray surgical equipment, to make it feasible in conditions of any surgical hospital, reducing the probability of local haemorrhagic complications, due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
