SUBSTANCE: invention relates to units, machines, systems and methods of producing superheated steam. To produce superheated steam for preparation of coffee beverages superheater assembly is used. Superheat collector assembly includes a housing having an inner cavity, a heating element comprising heating surfaces in the inner cavity, and flow path in inner cavity. Housing also comprises an inlet that provides access of the medium into the inner cavity, and an outlet that provides flow of the medium from the inner cavity. Heating element heats the heating surfaces of the heating element. Flow path allows the medium to flow from the inlet through the inner cavity of the housing to the housing outlet. Heating surfaces form part of flow path. When the medium flows through the inner cavity, the medium is in direct contact with the heating surfaces.

EFFECT: obtaining superheated steam for beverages preparation.
