After installing the components of the knee joint endoprosthesis along the perimeter of the bone in the area of ​​the femoral and tibial components of the endoprosthesis, thermal coagulation of the soft tissues is additionally performed.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the activity of rheumatoid arthritis, reducing the rehabilitation period, reducing the frequency of knee joint synovitis and the intensity of postoperative pain syndrome due to heat treatment of the synovectomy area, soft tissues along the perimeter of the patella.
