SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of observation and visualization systems and to the method of forming the spheropanoramic field of view of the sighting and aiming devices. Method includes formation of spheropanoramic field of view of surveillance and aiming devices from closed objects and observation points with limited view by means of several microcircuits with dynamic memory, compactly and rigidly located relative to each other so that the detected by them parts of the image of the environment allow forming its spherical visualization. From the recorded parts of the image of the environment, spherical visualization is formed, the actual video segment of which is projected onto the display of the observer's monitor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling continuous spheropanoramic surveillance of the external environment, simple design and high reliability of the device.
