FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment and measurement equipment and can be used to determine characteristics of bending strength by upward impact of cantilever beams made in smooth ice cover. Proposed system comprises loading device, dynamometer and ice chutes. Loading device is made in the form of a bridge crane installed on skids, and loading of the ice cantilever beam is performed by action upwards.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of measuring characteristics of ice strength in bending cantilever beam by upward action in natural conditions.
