FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment and measurement equipment and can be used to determine characteristics of strength of cantilever beams in bending by impact, made in natural ice cover. Proposed system comprises loading lever, dynamometer, displacement transducer and ice chip. Loading lever is made telescopic and rests on the axis inserted into the yoke, which is attached to the ice buckthorn. Impact on cantilever beam by bending downwards is performed by means of telescopic lever by means of hydraulic jack connected to remote hydraulic station with flow regulator.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability and accuracy of measurements of characteristics of ice strength at bending of cantilever beam by impact downwards.
