FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to crane girders. Crane girder consists of upper belt (1) in form of steel pipe (2), filled with concrete (3), brake structure (4), posts (5) with end (6) and tightening (7), passed through end (6) in posts (5) and fixed on support sections (8) of upper belt (1). Pins (9) are horizontally fitted through section of upper belt (1), to which clamps (10) for attachment of crane rail (11) are attached. Walls of steel pipe (2) of upper belt (1) have perforations (12). Brake structure (4) consists of steel horizontal truss (13) and steel beam (14). Stands (5) made of steel pipes uniformly arranged along the length of upper belt (1), have variable length f, increasing from support sections (8) to middle span of beam L. Tightening (7), made in form of reinforcement rods or ropes, located along the span of the beam L in accordance with the envelope curve of the bending moment in the beam. Support sections (8) are made as composite of sheet steel and rigidly fixed to steel pipe (2) of upper belt (1).
EFFECT: reduced material consumption of crane girder.
