FIELD: transport engineering; heavy-duty structures. SUBSTANCE: proposed rail- and-beam structure has craneway beam with tubular upper belt, triple-head rail, brake beam and two tie beams. Craneway beam has upper belt made of elliptic profile tube and vertically orientated by larger by larger diameter, wall and lower belt. Triple-head rail consists of main head, food of elliptic or parabolic profile and two side heads. Main head of rail takes up vertical loads from crane guide rollers. Brake beam consists of horizontal sheet and outer belt. Triple-head rail installed on craneway beam follows, by its foot, outer surface of upper belt and encloses upper belt from outside. Triple-head rail is connected with upper belt to form to form integral unit by means of studs piercing tubular section through and playing the part of tightening members. Section of rail-and-beam structure is balance relative to main horizontal axis. EFFECT: increased service life and reduced material usage. 1 tbl, 3 dwg
