FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchanger element for connection to heat exchanger tubes and method of its production. Heat exchanger element consists of multiple components welded together (2-8, 10, 11, 13, 14). Two components (13, 14) form angular joint (15). On one component (13) as a support for second component (14) there formed is recessed shoulder (23) with formation of L-shaped welded connection (29). Next to shoulder (23) in first component and in second component there made is grooving in form of buried groove (26) for welding root weld (25). Components (13, 14) are connected by welding root welding (25), which is located in groove (26) and is formed by melting of lower arm (31) of L-shaped welded joint (29). On the opposite side in upper arm (30) of the L-shaped welded joint (29) there is an I-shaped weld seam (12) produced by electron-beam welding, directed to the back root seam (25). Back root weld (25) is made in the form of V-shaped seam. V-shaped weld of the back root weld (25) is located at an angle to I-shaped weld (12) produced by electron-beam welding. V-shaped seam of the back root weld (25) is located at an angle to lower arm (31) of the L-shaped welded joint (29).
EFFECT: heat exchanger element is described.
