FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used in technology of tobacco cultivation during growing of seedlings. Method includes pre-sowing treatment of tobacco seeds by way of soaking and spraying of plants with a growth regulator in the main phases of seedling formation, in phases of "ears" and "suitable for planting of seedlings". Presowing soaking of seeds and treatment of seedlings is carried out by Zerebra Agro growth regulator, active substance of which is 500 mg/l of colloidal silver and 100 mg/l of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride. Soaking seeds is carried out in an aqueous solution of the preparation with concentration 0.0001-0.00001% for 1-3 hours. Treatment of seedlings into the main phase of its formation is carried out in the same concentration, the volume of the working solution - 1 l/m2. Seed sowing is carried out in a nutrient mixture with content of main nutrients N35P30K35, which are 50% of optimum required dose.

EFFECT: method provides higher germination capacity and germination rate of seeds, high yield of standard standard seedlings, stimulation of its immune potential, reduction of tobacco planting affection by mycopathogenic infection, reduction of its distillation period, increase of plants survival in the field, increase of yield and quality of tobacco raw material against background of ecological environment preservation.
