SUBSTANCE: described is the method of stimulating the growth and development of the seedlings of tobacco, including the disinfecting of seeds with an aqueous solution of formalin, their pre-sowing soaking with a solution of a growth regulator, sprouting and sowing in a greenhouse, seedling production and its processing in greenhouses. According to the invention the pre-sowing soaking of the seeds and processing of the seedlings in greenhouses during the basic phases of its formation are carried out in an aqueous solution of the humate of potassium, moreover the soaking of the seeds is carried out in a solution of the concentration 0.05-0.1% of the active ingredient, in the phases "cross", "auricules" and for 5-7 days before the selection of the seedlings from the greenhouse processing is carried out using a 0.05-0.01% solution of the active ingredient by spraying the seedlings before the complete wetting of the mass of the plants above the ground.

EFFECT: reduction of duration of the seedling period; increase in an output of standard seedlings; increase in its quality; acceleration of maturing and harvesting of leaves and an increase of productivity
