SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of stimulation of growth and development of tobacco, comprising pre-sowing treatment of tobacco seeds and spraying the plants with a plant growth regulator in the main phases of its formation, where pre-sowing seed soaking and seedling processing in the main phases of formation is carried out with the growth regulator "Verva" obtained from wood greenery of fir using the method of emulsion extraction, and the seed soaking is carried out in an aqueous solution of the preparation at a concentration of 0.01-0.05% for 3 hours, the seedling processing in the phases of "auricles" and "seedlings suitable for transplanting" is performed at the same concentration.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the lesion of tobacco with seedling rots, 2-3 times increase in the yield of standard seedlings, and increase in yields.
