FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, orthopedics, reflexotherapy, therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation medicine, and can be used in treating myofascial pain syndromes for improving coarse and fine limb motility in children with hemiparetic ICP forms. Methodologist-rehabilitation specialist holds complex of 4 exercises with a child with hemiparetic ICP forms. 1 exercise: preparatory position (PP) - child is sitting, crossed under his legs crossed, the methodologist raises the child's hands up and straightens them in all joints, shoulders of the child at the same time should be divorced, spine in axial extension, then methodologist helps child to incline body in frontal plane, pelvis remains fixed. Posture is fixed for 30 seconds. Then the same is repeated with the other hand. 2 exercise: PP - child sitting crossed under his legs, methodologist fixes child's pelvis on ischial tuberosity, methodologist lifts a child's hand upwards, straightens it, spine is in axial extension, then methodologist helps child to incline body in frontal plane, as well as body rotation in sagittal plane to the right, pelvis remains fixed. Posture is fixed for 30 seconds. Then the same is repeated with the other hand and turning in the other direction. 3 exercise: PP - with the help of a methodologist, a child sits on heels, on ischial tuberosities, with support on straight hands, knees are separated, by turning the child's body with their own hands, the methodologist puts it on its side, twisting the baby's back, wherein the axis of the spine should not move relative to the pelvis, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 4 exercise: PP - lying on the side, upper leg of patient, bent in knee joint, to establish a heel at the level of hip joint, foot is led out, hip perpendicularly to body. With the help of a methodologist, the child rises to the left elbow, rests on the forearm, the right arm straightens upwards in the frontal axis, the palm is turned inside. Hold position for 2 minutes. Then repeat on the other side and with the other hand.
EFFECT: method provides the formation of motor skills, maximally involving myofascial chains in operation, enables recovering mobility in large joints, which play an important role in forming a physiological pitch pattern, preserve muscle length, preventing formation of contractures.
