FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics, and can be used in rehabilitation of children suffering CNS perinatal injury. For this purpose, the rehabilitation methodologist conducts a set of exercises with the child. 1 exercise: the initial position (i.p.) of the child is sitting under the crossed legs, the methodologist raises the child's arms upwards and straightens them in all joints, the shoulders of the child should be separated, the spinal column in axial extension, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 2 exercises: i.p. – as in exercise 1, a methodologist fixes a child's pelvis on ischial tuberosity, then straightens one leg of the child and pulls the foot in the direction of the shin, the second leg of the child remains pressed in the previous position, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 3 exercise: i.p. – as in exercise 1, the methodologist fixes a child's pelvis on ischial tuberosity, and puts his hand on the baby's chest, the other one – on the waist, turns the baby's body alternately to the right and to the left, wherein the spinal axis should not move relative to the pelvis, the posture is fixed 1 minute. 4 exercise: i.p. – with the help of a methodologist, a child sits on heels on ischial tuberosities, with support on straight hands, knees are divorced, methodologist raises arms of child and puts his body between knees with extension of spinal column, at that fingers of fingers are dissolved, pose is fixed for 1 minute. 5 exercise: i.p. – as in exercise 4, turning the baby's body with their own hands, the methodologist puts it on its side, twisting the child's spine; the spinal axis should not move relative to the pelvis; the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 6 exercise: i.p. – as in exercise. 4, the feet should be strictly under the pelvis, in this position the weight of the child exerts pressure on the feet, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. Exercise 7: i.p. – as in exercise 4, the methodologist straightens one leg of the child so that the foot rests on the fingers, while the other leg remains bent with the outward knee, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 8 exercise: i.p. – as in exercise 4, the methodologist straightens one leg of the child so that the foot rests on the fingers, while the other leg remains bent with an outwardly bent knee, a hand opposite to the straightened leg, the child pulls in front of each other, the fingers are separated, the posture is fixed for 1 minute. 9 exercise: i.p. – as in exercise 4, a methodologist pulls a knee of a child to the abdomen and pushes its foot into the support position, the second leg of the child is straightened by the methodologist in the knee joint.
EFFECT: method allows forming motor skills, recovering mobility in large joints, activating processes of "muscular memory", preserving muscle length, preventing formation of contractures.
