FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: robotic mobile fire extinguishing installation based on fire robots with telescopic manipulator and water-shutoff valves with movable seat relates to robotic fire extinguishing installations. Robotic installation comprises two or more fire robots, including a gun shaft with drives of vertical and horizontal guidance, nozzle with drive change of spray angle, an ignition detection device, connected to switching unit, which at output is connected via radio channel through radio control unit with remote control and control device connected through receiving and control device with fire detectors; mobile device equipped with a transport drive, a docking device, a track sensor and an accumulator connected at the input to the mobile device control unit, and at its output with power supply connector and via radio channel with remote control and control device, water shutoff valves installed on fire pipeline in water intake points. According to the invention, the fire robot docking device is made in the form of a telescopic manipulator, including a movable connecting head, hermetically installed on the tube input of the shaft, moved by the translational actuator for tight connection with the water shutoff valve and its opening, comprising the mating connection head, housing with a spherically shaped valve fixedly installed in it along the working medium flow axis, a seat movably installed in the body, spring-loaded with an external bushing installed on the housing, which is moved by an annular projection of the connecting head of the manipulator.
EFFECT: disclosed device makes it possible to use water-proof devices without drives with remote control, which considerably simplifies and reduces the cost of the device and control system, makes the device simpler and easier to use.
