FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separator of electrochemical system, in particular, to ceramic separator. According to the invention, ceramic separator mainly includes multiple passive ceramic particles and ion-conducting material located between passive ceramic particles. Mass content of passive ceramic particles exceeds 40% of total weight of ceramic separator. Ion-conducting material mainly consists of a polymer basic material which allows metal ions to move inside the material, and an additive which is capable of dissociating metal salts and serves as a plasticiser.
EFFECT: high-temperature stability and good electrical insulation properties at high temperatures.
