FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrode layer structure, particularly, to electrode layer of active material balls. Structure of electrode layer from balls of active material mainly includes balls from active material, made of particles of active material, first mixed electrolyte located inside active material balls, and second mixed electrolyte located outside balls of active material. First mixed electrolyte consists mainly of deformed electrolyte. Second mixed electrolyte consists mainly of electrolyte with relatively lower deformation capacity than deformed electrolyte of the first mixed electrolyte. First mixed electrolyte of balls of active material is used in the invention for efficient reduction of derivative problems of change of volume of active materials. Besides, different configuration of the first mixed electrolyte and the second mixed electrolyte inside and outside the balls of active material is used to reduce resistance of charge transfer. In addition, resistance to expansion of active material balls is provided.

EFFECT: technical result is improved specific capacity, electrical conductivity, ionic conductivity along with high battery safety.
