FIELD: health-improving practice methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of health-improving practice, namely to health-improving gymnastics. Performing physical exercises that provide an entrance to a given gymnastic posture by forming a certain arrangement of arms, legs, head, back relative to each other, and being in this position for a given time, during which a static load of muscles is carried out, accompanied by breathing exercises. The exercises are performed in stages, in the poses shown in the illustrations. At the first stage, exercises are carried out for the static load of the muscles of the neck and shoulder girdle. At the second stage, exercises for the static load of the abdominal muscles are carried out. At the third stage, exercises for the static load of the muscles of the pelvis and lower extremities are carried out. Before the start of the gymnastic exercises of the first and next stages, breathing exercises are performed in the form of deep breaths and exhalations, and each gymnastic exercise is performed within 30 seconds with holding the breath while inhaling.
EFFECT: provides long-term improvement in general physical condition and allows you to increase the body's adaptive reserves.
