SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedics, namely to methods of posture reconstruction, and can be used to correct posture in health institutions. A preliminary photograph of the client is carried out in profile and the impact on his muscles in four stages. In the first stage, the specialist places one hand under the knee, and the other hand on the surface of the thigh, and smooths the muscles towards each other. The second stage is carried out by influencing the muscles of the back in four stages, when the specialist smooths the muscles of the client's back with repeated movements of the hand. The specialist performs the third stage of influence on the muscles of the shoulder girdle in two stages, at the first stage it smoothes the muscles in the direction of the shoulder joint, and at the second stage it smoothes the trapezius muscle. At the fourth stage of impact on the muscles of the cervical spine, the specialist places one hand under the occipital bone and raises the client's head, and with two fingers of the second hand passes along the vertebrae to the seventh vertebra, and gradually returns to the occipital bone. The specialist performs each stage of the procedure up to five times, and after the end of each session takes a photograph of the client and conducts the sessions until the posture correction process is visible, according to the photographs taken.

EFFECT: provides stable posture correction due to muscle memory in a procedure limited to 3-5 sessions.
