FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics and hand surgery and can be used for planning arthroplasty of metacarpophalangeal joints in patients with systemic hand diseases by silicone coupled endoprostheses. Method involves planning a sawdust on a proximal segment on a distal epimetaphys and on a distal segment on a proximal epimetaphys. Planning sawing perpendicularly to axes of joint segments. X-ray image in a direct projection is used to define a projection of the distal segment of the joint on the proximal segment of the joint. Most proximal located point (1) of the base of the distal segment of the joint is determined. Line (2) is drawn through point (1) perpendicularly to an axis of a proximal segment of a joint. Line (3) is perpendicular to an axis of a bone of a proximal segment of a joint is made from line (2) in a proximal direction indent on width of a joint surface of the connected silicone endoprosthesis of a proximal segment of a joint. From distal point (1) indent is made on width of articular surface of bound silicone endoprosthesis of distal segment of joint and line (4) is made perpendicular to bone axis of distal joint segment. Advantages of the proposed method, compared to the existing one, are that the method provides accurate calculation of reference points for joint filings, which leads to accurate installation of an endoprosthesis and as a result, reduced risk of joint movement and repeated endoprosthesis replacement.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the operation time, reduces traumatism and recovery time in the postoperative period due to preoperative planning of the bonesaw.
