FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for insertion of an intraocular lens can include a portion of energy accumulation, an actuating portion which provides temperature compensation, and a portion for supporting the lens. Energy storage part may include compressible energy storage device, such as compressible fluid medium, springs and other devices. Device for insertion may include actuator working together with essentially incompressible fluid medium. Actuator can be configured to provide a control operator with releasing fluid under pressure to move the plunger to withdraw the lens from the intraocular lens cartridge, at that, the lens withdrawal is limited based on at least feedback on pressure from fluid medium under pressure due to temperature increase.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow providing temperature compensation.
