FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat-fluid-carrying compositions. Described is a heat-coolant composition which contains 20 to 80 wt % bifunctional agent acting as a corrosion inhibitor and a freezing-point temperature reducer, selected from one or more of the following agents: glycerol, polyglycerol, trimethyl glycine (TMG/betaine), sorbitol, xylitol, maltitol and/or lactitol, from 10 to 70 wt % viscosity reducer, selected from potassium formate, potassium acetate or potassium propionate, or mixture thereof; and wherein the composition does not contain a diol selected from one or more of: propane-1,3-diol (PDO), propane-1,2-diol (MPG), ethylene glycol (MEG), diethylene glycol (DEG), triethylene glycol (TEG), dipropylene glycol (DPD) or tripropylene glycol. Also described is a product and use of a water-based product.
EFFECT: technical result is improved viscosity profile and effective anticorrosive properties of composition.
