LOOP-LIKE TUBULAR PERFORATED DRAINAGE INSTILLATOR Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61M27/00 A61M5/00 A61M1/00

Abstract RU 2741370 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a loop-like tubular perforated drainage-instillator. In the first version, the invention is equipped with an adapter in the form of a T-joint for connection to a supply-and-discharge system. Invention is configured to supply an aseptic solution into the wound and to withdraw the wound detachable solution. Drainage is made in the form of two loops made of one perforated tube, two ends of which are connected to Y-shaped adapter of supply-discharge system. In the second version, drainage is made in the form of two loops made of two perforated tubes by means of two T-shaped adapters, so, that both ends of each of perforated tubes are connected to two of three branches of each T-shaped adapter, which in turn are connected to the Y-shaped adapter of the supply-discharge system by means of the third branch of each T-shaped adapter. In the third version, drainage is made in form of two loops made of two perforated tubes, ends of each of two perforated tubes are connected to one of three branches of two different T-shaped adapters, and by third branches T-shaped adapters are connected to two branches of Y-shaped adapter of supply-discharge system. In the fourth version, the drain is made in the form of two loops made with the help of two T-shaped adapters, from two different perforated tubes, the ends of each of the perforated tubes are connected to two of the three branches of the T-shaped adapters, and by one remaining branch of each T-shaped adapter is connected to two branches of Y-shaped T-branch of supply-and-discharge system. In the fifth version, drainage is made in the form of three loops of two perforated tubes, wherein one of them is arranged in the form of one loop, which ends are connected to one of three branches of each T-shaped adapter, and other is made in the form of two loops, which ends are connected to one of remaining two branches of each T-shaped adapter, and the third branch of each of the T-shaped adapters is connected to two branches of the Y-shaped adapter of the supply-discharge system.

EFFECT: technical result, to which solution the claimed invention is aimed, is creation of a drain-instillator for carrying out instillation vacuum therapy, simple and effective for treatment of patients, having a large wound surface, a complex volumetric topography (around the bone, around the joint, et cetera) or additional multilevel cavities—pockets.
