FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: device for replacement of pipes in tank guns with vertical wedge and bailer located in upper breech corner contains three component means: for breech levelling, for pressing-out of pipe and for pipe press-fitting. Breech levelling device is made in the form of two front supports on the cradle frame and a bracket fixed on the cradle frame from the rear on the side opposite to the kicker, into which the bolt pressing the breech to cradle buffers is screwed in. Means for pressing-out of the pipe acts not directly along the pipe axis directly on the tube mirror by a push rod through the intermediate element. Device for press-fitting of the pipe is intended for unstrained retraction of the pipe into the breech and consists of a set of rods and washers made from the cleaning rod included into the individual spare gun inventory, as well as from a number of special parts.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of arsenal of technical facilities for maintenance of tank shafts.
