SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drive units of drug delivery systems. Driving needle assembly for a drug delivery system comprises a body, a needle having retracted and extended positions, wherein the needle drive unit is arranged inside the housing and is configured to move from a position prior to use, in which the needle is in the retracted position, into a use position, in which needle is in extended position, and into position after use, in which needle is in retracted position, wherein the needle drive has a contact surface with the button, and the actuating button is contained in the housing.
EFFECT: disclosed is a drive assembly for a drug delivery system.
