SUBSTANCE: invention relates to roaming management in data networks, for this purpose, when controlling roaming in data transmission networks, receiving a request to receive information on subscription of subscription information requesting registered user from first data transmission network, obtaining subscriber information of a user to be registered in a home data network and transmitting subscription information to a first data network to complete registration of a user to be registered in a first data network.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling an operator, which uses only a home data network, to transmit to a first data network a subscriber subscription information in a home data network, when user switches to roaming of first data network, due to which operator of first data network may allow user to roam in first data transmission network without additional deployment of special network device for first data transmission network, which provides a better user perception of the roaming service both in the first data transmission network and in the home data network.
