CATHETER DEVICE FOR NON-OCCLUSAL EXPANSION AND OPENING Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61M25/10 A61M25/04 A61F2/95

Abstract RU 2741563 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a dilator for non-occlusion expansion and a catheter device for non-occlusal expansion and opening. Expander is made with possibility of transition between folded state and open state, comprises, in fact, tubular and radially opening carcass, inflatable tube. When folded, the expander can be introduced into the surgical site in the vessel or in another hollow organ in the patient's body and removed therefrom. When opened, the reamer occupies a radially open state and forms a flow path. Expander carcass has holes arranged at some distance from each other. Inflatable tube is inserted through holes. Tube shape when inflated provides its spiral opening. Expander is configured to switch to the opened state by inflating the tube and from the opened state to the folded state by blowing the tube. Catheter device comprises a catheter and an expander located at or near the distal end of the catheter. Catheter has a distal end and a proximal end. Distal end is configured to be inserted into the patient's body. Proximal end is designed to control the device.

EFFECT: providing a non-occlusion dilator and a catheter device for non-occlusive expansion of blood vessels, expansion of valves, expansion and opening of structures, located in blood vessels or heart.
