FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has two branches and two pedicles. Two elongation transplants are available to make friction engagement with aortic transplant pedicles. Input device has dilator and casing set to allow main catheter and guiding one to be introduced. Balloon for dilating wire members is available on the main catheter. The guiding catheter has deflecting spring member enables one to arrange guiding wire through a pedicle disposed on the same side and through the opposite pedicle. The second input device casing and the second catheter unit for introducing transplant elongation member are available on the opposite side. After being dilated with balloon, the transplant elongation member makes friction engagement with opposite aortic transplant pedicle. The third catheter unit, having the second elongation transplant, is available for introducing elongation transplant and its balloon elongation member for making engagement with pedicle of the same side.
EFFECT: reduced risk or excluded harmful bending or twisting of prosthesis.
