FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of materials in the region of high pressures and temperatures causing chemical and physical modification of substances, in particular to a control system for maintaining constant temperature inside the cell, where diamond synthesis takes place. Control system for maintaining constant temperature inside diamond synthesis cell of multi-punch installation by constant temperature on male die surface includes proportional valves Y1...Y6 with motorized control for cooling liquid flow, supplied through shutoff valve V21 from liquid cooling installation, temperature sensor TE14 for measuring the temperature of the cooling liquid supplied through the shutoff valves V14...V19 to the inlet of the cooling ring – the coolant passage around each male die, temperature sensors TE8...TE13 installed on the surface of puncheons with a cooling ring for measuring temperature on the surface, the first temperature measurement unit connected to sensors TE2...TE7 for measuring temperature of the cooling liquid, second temperature measurement unit connected to sensors TE8...TE13 for measuring temperature on surface of puncheons, and a valve control unit for controlling proportional valves Y1...Y6, wherein all three units are connected to and controlled by the programmable logic controller (PLC), three-way valves V8...V13, on which after cooling ring cooling liquid arrives, made with possibility of cooling system operation switching to: auxiliary operating mode, at which cooling liquid moves in closed loop through circulation pump H1.0, heater K1.0, shutoff valve V20, wherein shutoff valve V21 closed, and then through shutoff valves V14...V19, cooling rings, three-way valves V8...V13, or main operating mode, at which cooling liquid passes through proportional valves Y1...Y6, which change flow of cooling liquid in accordance with PLC signal, thereby maintaining constant temperature on surface of puncheons, wherein temperature sensors TE2...TE7, which measure temperature of cooling liquid, are installed at the outlet of cooling rings, temperature sensor TE1 is installed between shutoff valves V2...V7 and valve V1, through which coolant flows back into the liquid cooling unit, and the temperature sensor TE1 measures the temperature of the cooling liquid flowing through the said shutoff valves V2...V7 after passing the FL1...FL6 rotameters.
EFFECT: technical result consists in maintaining constant temperature on the surface of puncheons throughout the entire cycle of synthesis regardless of ambient temperature change while maintaining heating power with high accuracy, as well as obtaining crystals with predetermined properties, dimensions and quality due to the ability to influence growth rate of crystals during growth.
