SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Apparatus comprises a Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube adapted to be connected to a cleaned compressed air source by using a standard bayonet connection, connected by heat-insulated air main line to receiver and quick-connections with heat exchanger of artificial circulation device and discharge of spent heat carrier. Selection and maintenance of the required temperature mode is carried out using temperature sensors required to determine temperature with accuracy of tenths of degrees Celsius; electromagnetic valves controlling temperature air flows at the vortex tube outlet and allowing to control the vortex tube power supply; electromagnetic valve control boards based on data received from temperature sensors and preset temperature level; LCD monitor with interface for setting required temperature and its visualization. Control board is a microcomputer having input ports for reading incoming information from temperature sensors and user commands. Output ports serve to communicate with solenoid valves and monitor interface.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a wide range of operating temperatures.
