SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for monitoring of technical condition of industrial buildings. Performing layout of production building into structurally independent units, determination of equipment cost and number of workers in each block, calculation of potential damage of structures collapse in each unit, installing, in an independent unit, a structural condition monitoring system, calibration of the monitoring system by means of loading with overhead cranes, measurement of values of parameters characterizing the state of the monitored structural elements, their comparison with limit values, calculation of actual accident risks in each unit, displaying in visual form monitoring information and results of accident risk assessment in each unit, determination of repair order of independent units.

EFFECT: higher reliability of determining operational risks of buildings and structures depending on the state of structures and possible damage during their collapse.
