FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to the method for diagnosing breast cancer by level of mRNA TGFβ and TNFα in blood plasma which is characterized by the use of reverse transcription and a polymerase chain reaction as a method for determining the level of mRNA in real time, the use of the mRNA of the B2m human genes of a person and/or GUSB as the reference markers, the use of the primer and a sample corresponding to a specific region of the TGFβ and TNFα genes as a method for determining mRNA of the TGFβ and TNFα genes.
EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently carry out an early minimally invasive diagnosis of breast cancer.
