SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for diagnosing breast cancer by the level of IL-10 and/or IL-17 mRNA in blood plasma. Reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction in real time are used as a method for determining the mRNA level, mRNAs of human B2m and/or GUSB genes are used as reference markers. The level of gene expression is calculated. The expression levels of IL-10 and/or IL-17 mRNA in the blood plasma of the patient are then compared relative to the expression level of the B2m and/or GUSB mRNA. The result of the study is considered positive (the development of the tumour is registered) at a significant difference (p<0.01) of the expression levels of IL-10 and/or IL-17 mRNA in a group of people with the disease relative to a group of healthy people, the result of the study is considered negative in the absence of verifiable difference.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of early minimally invasive diagnostics of breast cancer.
