FIELD: immunological analysis.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a reagent for evaluating cross-conjugated fibrin (XDP) splitting products with plasmin, wherein said reagent for evaluation includes an anti-XDP antibody which reacts with XDP, but does not react with fibrinogen and with fragment X, fragment Y, fragment D1 and fragment E3, which are products of splitting fibrinogen plasmin, and does not react with any of the fragments obtained by dissociating the DD/E monomer, i.e. with the DD fragment, the E1 fragment and the E2 fragment, and the chelate complexing agent with calcium. What is also disclosed is a method for evaluating products of fibrin splitting with plasmin using said reagent.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides more accurate assessment of XDP.
