FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of multiplied allogenic stromal stem cells of adipose tissue for treating multipass refractory complicated perianal fistula in a patient with Crohn's disease. A dose of 120 million cells is introduced in one procedure, where each pass of the fistula receives a portion of the dose, and where half the dose is introduced into the tissue surrounding the inner opening or openings, and the other half is introduced into the fistula wall along all passages of the fistula.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
