SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of rectal ulcers in patients with Crohn's disease by autotransplantation of hematopoietic stem cells. Endoscopic introduction of HSC is carried out intramucosally into the edges of the rectal ulcer in a volume of 8 ml, while the surface of the ulcer is conditionally divided into 16 sectors, into each of which evenly along the outer perimeter of the ulcer, 0.5 ml of HSC, obtained previously by sampling 200 ml of bone marrow in the region of the left and right iliac crests of the patient.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment, is minimally invasive, has a local effect on the ulcer defect, and reduces trauma.
