The method includes elastic compression of the uterus, during cesarean section, a single-group semi-thawed plasma with the consistency of snow in a dose of 400 ml is injected into the uterine cavity, then two layers of sterile elastic bandage are applied clockwise, starting from the bottom of the uterus with the transition to the body and the lower segment before the incision, then the incision in the uterus is sutured, after which the bandage is removed, an intraoperative ultrasound is performed to verify the ongoing bleeding, and in case of natural delivery using a catheter, which is inserted behind the internal orifice to the bottom of the uterus, a single-group semi-thawed plasma with a snow consistency is injected at a dose of 400 ml, followed by bimanual compression of the uterus for 20 minutes.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to prevent the development of postpartum uterine bleeding with massive blood loss in patients with a high risk of bleeding, to quickly stop postpartum uterine bleeding, both during natural delivery and when performing a cesarean section, to reduce trauma, the frequency of intra- and postoperative complications, as well as the frequency of use of uterine extirpation and hysterectomy.
