FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroluminescent light sources. Optical device consists of an optical reflector and a multilayer optical filter. Reflector is a mirror or diffuse metal surface with reflectivity of not less than 98 %, which reflects light generated by the source. Optical filter is a transparent and rigid multilayer structure made from a transparent, organic or inorganic material, which serves as a substrate, on which a zinc oxide layer is applied, which is an active layer of the optical filter. Zinc oxide layer has thickness of 1.5 to 3 micrometers, inside comprises nanostructure nanowires of zinc oxide with lattice constant of 200 to 400 nm, factor of filling from 0.5 to 0.8 and height from 1 to 2 micrometers. Said optical filter operates as a partial light reflector in width from 380 to 530 nm and as an antireflection element in range of 531 to 1,100 nm.
EFFECT: device reduces radiation losses during radiation.
