SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. The dispenser contains a transport unit and a cutting unit. The transport unit contains a drive roller, which has multiple teeth on its outer side surface, creating friction with the balancing weight tape. The tape contains many individual segment weights. The cutting unit contains an arcuate guide for giving the tape a curved shape, creating a gap between adjacent balancing weights-segments. The cutting unit also contains a knife mounted for moving from the first side to the second side of the tape. The knife divides the tape between two separate balancing weights-segments.

EFFECT: design of the dispenser is simplified, which is capable of issuing weights of the selected weight at high speed and work with weights containing adhesive tape, as well as with small weights-segments.
