A device for changing the properties of proton-containing objects, the source of a weak electromagnetic field in which are the spins of polymer protons, polarized by an amplitude modulated alternating magnetic field of a resonant frequency, for which a massive rod with several times greater mass is used as a radiator instead of a hollow polymer tube, and for its manufacture a polymer with a high degree of crystallinity and free of foreign impurities is used.

EFFECT: increase in achieved effects is arrived at by specifying the conditions of resonance relationships between the parameters of magnetic fields acting on the polymer, as well as by increasing the radiation intensity, which is ensured by an increase in the number of polarizable proton spins.
