FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for double-sided jet application of substances on cellular material, whereby roll material is fed through rolls for horizontal spraying installation-extruder with transverse movement and variable angle of flame, spraying the substance with an extrusion device on the front side of the roll material with movement and changing the angle of the flame from the vertical direction so that the substance is deposited on the front surface, as well as on side surfaces of roll material, unfolded material under horizontal spraying installation-extruder is re-fed for same spraying installation-extruder, spraying the substance with the extruder plant through the front side of the roll material to the reverse side with movement and changing the angle of the flame from the vertical direction so that substance not deposited on front side of material, is deposited on reverse surface of cells, as well as on side surfaces of roll material, double-passed material is turned under horizontal spraying installation-extruder and again supplied under same spraying installation-extruder, substance is sprayed by extrusion device through front and back sides of rolled material on face side of material.

EFFECT: technical result of claimed method is simultaneous provision of simplicity and speed of application of double-sided coating on cellular material, coating of side surfaces of cells, low consumption of the substance during manufacture, high quality of the coating, possibility of obtaining a by-product.
