FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for making a heating grid and a device for its implementation is proposed. The fiberglass base grid is unwound from the bobbin. A one-sided water-based strengthening layer is applied over the entire area of the grid using a horizontal spray system. A one-sided electrically conductive layer based on polyurethane water dispersion is applied to the grid using a horizontal spray system. A knurling of a mesh electrode with an adhesive layer is provided on the edges of the grid, as well as two-sided knurling of butyl tapes is provided on the mesh electrode. A one-sided water-based electrical insulation layer is applied over the entire area of the grid using a horizontal spray system. The sprayed material that is not attached to the grid is collected. Under the grid in a hopper bath, a two-sided protective layer based on a polyurea composition is applied over the entire area of the grid using a spray system.
EFFECT: invention provides simplicity and speed of manufacturing, low material consumption, high reliability of heating properties and increased load-bearing properties of the heating grid.
