FIELD: return water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of recycled water supply, namely to the structural elements of cooling towers and other apparatus for heat and mass transfer between liquid and gaseous media. Cooling tower sprinkler unit comprises stack of parallel and vertically installed corrugated sheets from polymer material, wherein the adjacent corrugated sheets of the sprinkler are interconnected to form between the corrugations slotted holes made with possibility to supply through them from top to bottom cooled water and passage in the horizontal direction of the cooling air flow, wherein on inlet and outlet side of cooling air flow by adjacent corrugated sheets inlet and outlet channels are formed, wherein between corrugations on corrugated sheets there are round corrugations and pyramidal corrugations, inlet and outlet channels are made rectilinear, formed by corrugations of adjacent sheets with formation of hexagonal cross-section in form of regular hexagon and are inclined to horizontal at angle from 40° up to 50°, between inlet and outlet channels of corrugated sheets in their middle part there are parallel continuous zigzag corrugations formed by straight sections interconnected by rounded sections, adjacent straight sections of zigzag corrugations form angle of 55° up to 65° between each other, besides, made in middle part of corrugated sheets between zigzag corrugations, round corrugations are made with the support into similar round corrugations of adjacent sheets with formation of the above slot hole, sections of sheets forming inlet and outlet channels and pyramidal corrugations are made with hollow pins and cavities in form of truncated cone, wherein pins of one sheet enter into recesses of adjacent sheet, thus fixing adjacent sheets in sprinkler unit.
EFFECT: higher intensity of heat exchange due to reduced hydraulic losses during cross flow of liquid and gaseous phases.
