SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a medical thread insertion device. Medical thread insertion device comprises a medical suture, a needle portion and a tubular portion. Medical suture has an external surface on which thorns are formed. Needle part has a cavity into which the medical thread can be inserted. Needle part includes a needle having the specified length. Tubular part has a cavity in which a needle can be inserted. Tubular portion is inserted into the inner side of the skin and comprises a tube having a length which is shorter than the length of the needle. When the tubular portion into which the needle portion is inserted into which the medical thread is inserted is inserted into the skin tissue, when the needle is inserted into skin tissue, the end portion of the needle can protrude towards the outer side of the tube owing to the tube length difference and the needle.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to minimize skin tissue damage when the medical suture is introduced into the skin, and also does not cause any side effects, even when the insertion instrument is removed from the skin, when the position of the area to be treated is to be changed.
