FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to calibration means of measuring devices (1) built-in into under-rail lathes for machining wheel pairs without calibrating wheel pair. Device (22) for calibration comprises motor (23) with drive shaft, to which friction roller (24) is connected, having cylindrical friction surface with specified nominal diameter, and measuring bridge. Device is equipped with means for determining angular position of drive shaft of motor (23) and/or friction roller (24), which is made with possibility of bringing in rotation measuring roller (11) of built-in measuring device (1) of said lathe and/or with possibility of being brought into rotation from said measuring roller (11) during contact. Invention also relates to an under-rail wheel-rolling lathe comprising calibrating device (22) and a calibration method.
EFFECT: use of the invention simplifies the calibration process.
