FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining of wheel rolling surface. Proposed device comprises base furnished with rail fastening device and servo drive of drive roller arranged on the device and made up of electric motor with its housing secured to one side of C-like trunnion while its rotor is engaged with shaft fitted on bearings and carrying a drive roller rigidly attached to it, and free ends of trunnion sideways are hinged by means of axes to supports installed on base, at that yoke pivotally connected with sliding nut of ball-screw transmission is attached to the middle part of the trunnion. Screw of the gearing is equipped with its rotary device controlled by the servo drive control unit of the driving roller. At that, the servo drive control unit of the driving roller and the servo drive control unit of rotation are configured to adapt with parameters of the wheel profiling on the lathe with possibility of providing constant pressing force by means of adaptation of the CNC unit of the roller drive with the CNC unit of the lathe processing system.
EFFECT: disclosed is a mobile device for wheel pair rotation during machining of rolling surface of wheels.
