SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication systems. Radio terminal transmits, to a radio access network (RAN) node in a radio access network (RAN), an indicator indicating whether a gap is required for measurements for measurement between BWPs included in a plurality of BWP downlink. BWP downlink are included in one pass band of the system. Radio terminal receives a measurement configuration from a RAN node, which includes a gaps configuration for measurements for one or more BWPs included in the downlink BWP.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling configuration of a radio terminal with an appropriate gap for measurements for measurement between parts of the pass band (BWP) in one carrier band.
