SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation for traffic control. Device comprises units: obtaining information on current train position, obtaining a standard schedule of movement of trains, laying threads of passenger trains and electric trains, laying of freight train threads, modeling traction modes of the train, storing information on the polygon, extraction of information on a polygon from a storage unit, decoupling of train tracks, obtaining data on conditions of passage of trains, obtaining data on planned "windows", forming an energy-saving train schedule, manual input of data, storage of forecast chart, transmission of forecast graph to train movement control system, comparison of reference, forecast and executed graphs, obtaining executed schedule, displaying and recording information, pre-processing information pre-processing server, reference information on low-level sections taking into account traction calculations, simulated model of section in rail circuits and train movement along high-speed railway line, a reference train skip chart, reference standard information on separate points, a simulation model of the traffic graph, a reference schedule for passage of separate mainline points, sensors for passage of rail circuit boundaries, sensors for passage of boundaries of separate points, positioning of trains, intelligent modeling and control resources, identifier of fragments of train schedule, constructors of virtual separate points, as well as modules for checking execution of a schedule and a standard graph, a server for preliminary processing of station information.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of generating motion graphs and monitoring of their execution.
