FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to undercutting machine with roller unit. Undercutting machine includes at least one cutting head, in which the rolling-stock units are installed. Cog unit contains a shaft with a longitudinal axis and a mounting area located on the front end of the shaft or passing in its direction. Mounting area has locating surface facing radially outward, cutting ring having a cutting area outer in radial direction and a stop surface facing in radial inner direction and located opposite said mounting surface, mounting holder attached to the shaft and intended for installation of the cutting ring in the rolling unit with possibility of disconnection. At least part of the stop surface and/or mounting surface extends at an angle to said axis. At that, the holder comprises a wedge-like part having a first contact surface facing in the radial outer direction, and a second contact surface, facing in radial internal direction, wherein said first and second surfaces extend opposite each other in axial direction with thrust respectively into stop surface and mounting surface. Note here that first and/or second surfaces extend inclined relative to said axis complementary to stop surface and/or mounting surface. At that, wedge-like part is made with possibility of wedging in radial direction between cutting ring and a mounting area for locking the cutting ring in the roller unit with the possibility of disconnection. Besides, holder and wedge-like part are made as a whole.

EFFECT: technical result is reliable fixation of cutting ring in roller assembly with possibility of fast attachment and replacement on undercutting machine.
