FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the creation of tunnels or underground roads and, in particular, for the development of deposits. A cutting machine designed for the creation of tunnels or underground roads contains a support structure, the first and the second cutting nodes. Each of cutting nodes contains a cutting head made with the possibility of rotation and an installation node attaching the cutting head to the support structure with the possibility of moving the cutting head relatively to the support structure, while the installation node has the first rotary axis, wherein the cutting head is made with the possibility of moving around the specified first rotary axis, providing the movement of the head essentially in a lateral direction relatively to the support structure. The installation node has the second rotary axis, wherein the cutting head is made with the possibility of moving around the specified second rotary axis, providing the movement of the head essentially in the direction up and down relatively to the support structure, while each cutting head contains cutting blocks, each of which contains a shaft made with the possibility of rotation and having a central longitudinal axis, and a knife mounted on the specified shaft and containing a disk blade and inserts for abrasive processing of rock, wherein the specified inserts are installed in a radially peripheral part of the disk blade, and they protrude from it in the outer direction. The central longitudinal axis of each of at least some of inserts is located at the first angle relatively to the first base axis passing perpendicular in the outer direction from the central longitudinal axis of the shaft, wherein the specified first angle is greater than or equal to 20° and less than or equal to 34°. The disk blade has a sunken lower side to reduce the frictional interaction between the disk and the rock surface during the cutting operation, and the lower side of the disk blade has the first inclined annular surface passing at an angle inside the disk blade from the radially peripheral part of the disk towards the central axis of the shaft. The specified first inclined annular surface is located at the second angle greater than or equal to 2° relatively to the second base axis passing perpendicular in the outer direction from the central longitudinal axis of the shaft. The radially peripheral part of the disk blade has the first annular surface passing at an angle inward and upward towards the central longitudinal axis, while the first annular surface forms the third angle with the third base axis passing parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the shaft, wherein the specified third angle is greater than or equal to 5°.
EFFECT: creation of a reliable cutting machine operating in a “lower notch” mode in accordance with a two-stage cutting operation.
